Doesn't analyze front view

Purvhased Bike Fast Fit Pro v2.3.1 on my iPad. I want to record and analyze a rider from the front to evaluate knee tracking. This app only provides Left Side and Right Side orientation when recording, and Bike Measurements only supports side views. The front-view rider analysis in v2.3.1 does not exist, which I was led to believe was a reason to get the Pro version over the Elite version. I just wasted $100.

I am sorry you had an issue with BFF Pro. The app definitely does have the ability to record front and rear views as well as side views. The same recording screen handles all of the orientations, so just point it at a bike in the front or rear view and it will capture the correct orientation. If you have an existing recording of a front or rear view, you can change the orientation and that will cause it to reanalyze the video for you. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us through the app.

Great Tool for Bike Fitters

I’ve used several tools and earlier versions of BFF. The pro version is terrific and worth the extra cost. The customization included in ranges and reports is great.

Lo siento, hubo un error relacionado con el seguimiento del movimiento de la cámara mientras el video se comprimía, lo que causó algunos problemas. Sorry, there was a bug dealing with tracking camera movement while the video was compressing that caused some issues. That has been resolved in the version 1.0.4 that came out several days ago. Please upgrade and try again.
