About

Bike Guardian turns the phone already on your handlebars into a cyclist-assistance companion. SITUATION WARNINGS - Object boxes are context, not warnings. - A rider warning requires a tracked vehicle that is measurably closing over time. - Visual, spoken, and haptic feedback share one typed situation identity. - Uncertain car, truck, bus, or motorcycle subclasses are conservatively called vehicle. REAR GUARD - Uses your phone cameras to watch the road behind while you watch the road ahead. - Warns with "vehicle approaching behind" or "fast vehicle approaching behind" only after temporal closing evidence. - Supports handlebar and seatpost mounting on devices with simultaneous front and back camera capture. LOCAL EVIDENCE - Warning transitions and numerical evidence are stored locally. - Possible pass events inferred from image motion remain explicitly unverified. - Unverified pass candidates never become automatic community map facts. - Raw video sharing is off unless you explicitly opt in. IMPORTANT Bike Guardian is a rider-assistance tool, not autonomous control. It does not replace your attention, judgment, or local traffic law. Silence is not proof that the road is clear.
