Ужасно и бессмысленно

Сколько лет уже магазину и до сих пор проблемы с приложением, как будто вчера появились.
1. Фильтр на 4 пункта , бестолковый
2. Выбор в карточке товара выделены сразу все цвета
3. Не дай бог нажать чат с магазином! Во-первых он не работает, там нет никого. Во-вторых , из него уже не выйти - черный экран

Самый худший магазин который я встречал

Внутренняя логистика это вообще отдельная история , с Воронежа в Волгоград перебрасывают 30+ дней и так не могу отправить товар , операды данного сервиса с ходу дезинформируют , на конкретные вопросы ответить не могу , отговорки и только , решайте сами иметь дело с данным магазином или нет
