Dev moved previously paid for features behind a paywall.
This app was great. I paid $5 for it, but then the dev put several basic features from the $5 paid version behind a paywall: control your music, volume lower, and start any command/shortcut with any button. Why are these behind a $29/year paywall now?! Just sell software once and don’t roll features behind an additional paywall after you already sold them with the initial app fee. Jeez. I would have loved to give this app 5 stars otherwise. This is bait and switch stuff.

It might just be me but..
Four hours of trying to get my setup to work and using BikeControl as a bridge but to no effect. Issues with controllers not staying connected and muddy control when they were. This app might work for some but was a complete waste for me.
Response from developer
Happy to help.
bridges the gaps
really nice to use my hardware outside the walled cartoon garden of zwift
Winner for Zwift Ride Owners!
I love my Zwift Ride but after a year or so I really wanted to migrate over to TPV but I wasn’t a fan of shifting from their app. Enter Bike Control! I’ve had the app for quite some time, patiently waiting for the TPV integration and now that it’s here I have been very happy with the results. The one hiccup I’ve had the developer was super responsive and quickly fixed it. Highly recommend!

6 dollar to purchase the app to look at the interface; subscription fee to use virtual shifting( update:$6 button layout for laptop to make reaching more pleasing, free for sweaty touchscreen user, but optional $3 a month or $30 a year for Zwift click or Bluetooth media user.
Response from developer
Not true at all - if your trainer app already supports Virtual Shifting, then there's no extra cost and Pro is not required. Virtual Shifting through BikeControl is an optional feature.
