I like it but
The tracker works. But the Bluetooth side is very finicky. It keeps telling me to turn it on even though it is only 12 feet away.
Well, at least the important part of the app works.
The gps part works, kind-of. No matter where I am, the app thinks that I am either13m, 16m, 60m or 1.2km away, whether I am 1 foot or 2 miles away, it does show the location of my bike on the map, but never seems to know how far away that I am. I do not know why they have any functions such as “wake up” “restart” or “power down” actually do since the only response that I receive back is that it can’t find my tracker. Again, I am only standing a foot away. Still don’t know how the LTE is supposed to help. If I click that in lieu of the GPS button, it tells me that I am 2.1km away. Nice. Odd that I can’t read any of the other user reviews. Must be an app store issue.

Well it sucks even more, unit will not connect to Bluetooth. No shaking, banging on the bars, or charging will illicit a response in the app. Most likely just plain dead. Garbage unit, garbage app. Do your duty and toss the finder in the trash, and delete the app. I’ve had enough of this garbage. Has NEVER worked right. Not worth the $400 for nearly 2 years of uselessness.

Hopeless
Having bought and fitted the tracker I can’t even get started to use it because the app simply doesn’t work, and support (when you can get them - 72+ hours of delay for an answer) so far haven’t been much help apart from telling me to delete the app and start again. They say some email addresses are a problem ?? There is more information in these reviews than I got from bikefinder - such as this product not being optimised for all phones (e.g. allergic to Mac?) we will see how it goes but I’m asking for a refund option as the information about what tech works with this product doesn’t seem to be available.

BAD
In 2025, how is still possible to make application like that ? It’s like 2010’s app, not ergonomic, bad design, bad functionality, everything is bad. And the device itself is horrible, battery really poor, not easy to charge.
Doesn’t work
Tracker doesn’t show accurate location ever so waste of time and money having it. Very disappointed as it’s a tool to track our young son and I don’t feel like we have that peace of mind that we hoped this would give.

Dann hatte sie ihren Zugang zum Server des Anbieters verloren und damit ihre Verknüpfung zu meinem Tracker. Warum, weiß ich nicht genau. Egal, einfach den Zugang neu einrichten - so dachte ich. Dann begann das Drama…
Ich habe unbewusst eine andere Email-Adresse als bei der Ersteinrichtung benutzt. Damit wurde ein neuer Account eingerichtet - und mit dem lässt sich mein Tracker nicht verknüpfen.
Der neue irrtümlich erstellte Account lässt sich nicht stornieren, weder über die App noch über die WebSite. Auch hilft kein Löschen der App noch sonst irgendetwas.
Ich bin also bei der App in einer nutzlosen Endlosschleife gelandet. 😱
Ich halte es übrigens für einen Verstoß gegen die DSGVO, dass ich nicht einmal über die WebSite einen (versehentlich erstellten) Account löschen kann…

Werkt niet meer
Activatie betaald maar app geeft aan dat hij niet geactiveerd is. Beweging en locatie worden niet weergegeven. Heeft 2 jaar goed gewerkt maat nu dus niet meer.
Negative user experience
the app is glitchy as hell. it doesn't show the wrong charge of the tracker, it doesn't update the subscription, it doesn't show additional information under the question mark, it doesn't save data the first time. it's been the second day since I can't set up this tracker. The support service doesn't respond. very negative user experience

Die Position vom Rad zu mir ist nicht annähernd richtig zu ungenau um ca.1,5-2,0 Kilometer zu meinen Standort ist sehr enttäuschend.

I love this tracker and use it every day. The only improvement suggestion I would make are to water proof the charging port and make it a normal USB connection.

Simple and effective
This app and bike tech works extremely well. I’m grateful for the fact that the developers have kept the app simple and focused on usability and battery life rather than adding more and more unnecessary features.
Great Tool for your Bike!
So I've been using this application for about a month now and can give a well-rounded opinion on its performance.
So far everywhere I have ridden my bike has 100% coverage. The application shows a detailed location where the bike is and where it has been nearly in real time. I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance.
As for opportunities for the developers need to work on the notifications. They are inconsistent. Even when I have them set on high priority on my iPhone, they just don't come through all the time. I'm seeing a delay of 1 to 2 minutes when the bike is moved.
That's significant when in 2 minutes you can be 1/4 mile away on an e-bike. You will never see it get moved in time to see where it's going.
Other than that, this tool is a nice addition to any bike.

The tracker itself, once outside is great and spot on but the app may register the bike being 1km away under brickwork.
It could support newer devices
It seems that you guys didn’t actually ever update the app to support retina devices. And the app looks awful in the retina devices (that are all).
