What's New in Bikingo
4.3.1
October 8, 2026
Bikingo 4.0 is a redesign, and a new answer to "what should I ride today?" REDESIGNED THROUGHOUT - The Dashboard leads with the period you are actually in — distance, time and climbing — over a heatmap of the days you rode. - Ride History groups by month, with compact map cards you can recognise at a glance. - Ride Detail puts the title above the map, four core metrics before the elevation chart, and photos beside notes. A ride with no elevation data no longer draws a profile it does not have. - Statistics gets compact Eddington and lifetime cards, and one reflection card covering Month, Season and Year. - The Garage leads with your bicycles, their lifetime mileage and what is due for service. Bikes can carry their own photo. SUGGEST A RIDE - Tell Bikingo how long you have — 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes, or your own number — and where you are starting from. It suggests familiar outings that fit. - The times come from your own history, not a forecast. It shows you what these rides have taken you before, and says so when it has too little history to be sure. COLLECTIONS - Group rides into named collections: a tour, a season, a week away. Each gets a combined summary, its routes on one map, and photos you choose. - Removing a ride from a collection never touches the workout. SEARCH THAT REACHES THE WHOLE HISTORY - Search runs across your indexed history, not just the rides currently loaded, and tells you plainly when coverage is incomplete. - Name a search you keep running, reopen it, and update its filters. ROUTE CORRECTIONS - When Health route data makes the wrong connection, merge two route groups, split rides out, move them, or exclude a mistaken match — and undo it. GOALS THAT KNOW WHEN TO STOP - Active-day goals count the days you rode, weekly or monthly. Several rides on one day count once, and you can inspect the days that counted. - One-time intentions: explore somewhere new, or ride a chosen route, by the end of the week or month. An unfinished one just ends — no failure badge. - Momentum break: quiet the goals, suggestions and celebrations for a while without losing any history. Resume when you want to. ALSO SINCE 3.0.1 - Trophies, with a cabinet of their own. - Familiar routes have their own screen, with route bests, repeat history and the photos taken on them. - On This Day, and a Memories widget for the anniversaries worth seeing. - Weather conditions statistics and after-dark riding. - A yearly distance widget, an Explored widget, and a Rolling Distance card. - Full iPhone Duo support, inner display included. As always: no account, no backend, no AI. Everything here is worked out on your device from your own Apple Health history.
