Amazing app + classes + community

Can't say enough about how great BYW is....instructors and top-notch (I've been taking group classes for 10 years and am a former personal trainer and I'm pretty picky!) I'm down 10 lbs of my covid weight so far the last 45 days while feeling more flexible and limber and chronic back pain is starting to subside. My only wish would be more classes but that's why I'm pushing to invite more ppl to join me 😀 5/5 for sure
