Did great for a few months then the speaker went offline suddenly and won’t connect to the internet anymore. There are no troubleshooting information anywhere and the developer didn’t respond to my email asking for help. Not worth the price tag
App is horrible
App is pure garbage. How many versions gonna produce the same garbage results. Loss of connections and consistent glitches.
Absolutely essential
Our whole family love it, and you can control the volume, it has an amazing sound system, and you can customize adhans.

Had so many problems since it’s come not had much of a good experience with it. Don’t recommend it defo for uk users

Love this so much. It’s so helpful.
Recommendations:
1. I would love for a landscape mode to appear. I use the app in my iPad, and there is only portrait, making the display small.
2. A smart thing would be to add a logging system, logging your prayers with reminders during the day to log the prayers off. I find this really useful because then I can use just the Bilal app instead of using an additional app for logging.
3. I would be amazing if you guys could make widgets for my Home Screen, that would be awesome too. Keep up the UI in the app and making it better!

Giving wrong indications after latest update
I have noticed a few times recently that the speaker is showing green light though it should be showing yellow or red. I had to unplug the speaker to force it to recalibrate the time snd update.

I love how simple this is! And no screens. I didn’t want any in my room where I keep this JAK! I find myself praying on time more frequently because of this athan, also love the different options to change the reciter! Some feedback to make this more user friendly:

Won’t connect!!
The app just won’t connect to the device’s hotspot for initial setup, will be returning

Terrible software. Dot isn’t working well. Customer service is useless. A system designed to waste your time until you give up

Failed to connect after 2 weeks
I was enjoying the app and the speaker but recently my app is not connecting to the speaker anymore no matter how many resets I do. I hope there’s a fix soon because I do really like the speaker. Also, I hope they add an option to have Quran playing on it as well soon.
App Crashing
I love the speaker but the app crashes so often it makes it frustrating to use.
Also, for the amount of money the speakers costs, there should be more customizations!!!
One big one for me would be adjusting volumes based on prayer. That way I could make fajr much quieter. I have a little baby and he gets scared and wakes up crying to the fake Athan sound so I’d like it just enough so that I can hear it but not too loud.
I love the adhakar options but I would love to have surahs as well so for example I can listen to Kahf on Fridays. Jzk Khairun and may Allah (swt) reward your efforts!!

App issues
The device is great and is doing its job. however, the Athan prayers keep shutting down in the middle, and many times the speaker glitchs. I hope you release some app updates to fix these bugs.

I really like the device. And I also love how minimalistic the app is. I wish there was a widget option for prayer times too so I can put it on my main screen. And the app name is really meaningful. It also can be a great gift for family.

Love the app and the device, its a smooth experience! Everything is so well thought. I love how the colors change to amber and red to show how near the next adhan is. You can even mute the next adhan if you know you will be in a work meeting. What a blessing.

Waste of Money
Initially, I thought I bought this so that I can use it for more than a year.. yeap.. Only work for a year and now it won’t even connect to my wifi .. Basically, it’s a waste of money and now I’ve a speaker that won’t work at home which gonna go to the trash can..
