Ich habe heute Geld überwiesen Euro zu Euro . Habe dann auf dringende Überweisung gedrückt. Die haben dann für eine sofort überwiesen 30€ abgebucht. Werde das erst mal der Bankenaufsicht melden.

Очень странная верфикация
Подал документы на верификацию аккаунта как гражданин России. На следующий день приложение заходило и выходило автоматически без остановки, кое-как получилось увидеть, что написано, что какая-то проблема, аккаунт неактивен, свяжитесь с нами. Плюс с компьютера тоже не зайти, ссылку на смену пароля не отправляет система. Короче так облажаться на начальном этапе - это надо уметь и практиковать.

Never use this app
I have been patient for a long time and didn’t want to write anything negative, but patience has its limits.
If you want to experience being completely cut off from your own money—this is the bank for you. They don’t warn you about technical limitations, nor do they tell you that SMS codes required to log into the app or make online payments may simply not reach you, depending on which country your phone number is from or where you are located. You are simply left without access to your money and account management because they are technically incapable of sending you an SMS confirmation code. :)
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I once again found myself in a situation where I needed to buy a ticket online while on a business trip, but I couldn’t even access my account. They have been unable to solve this problem for several days now, and this has happened multiple times before. They send you hundreds of instructions on what you should do, but as always, this doesn’t change anything—because the problem is technical and on their side, not yours.
And this keeps happening over and over again. They don’t warn you about these issues when you open an account. So, be prepared to lose access to your money at the worst possible moment—somewhere in another country or at the checkout of a store with your purchases in hand…
To make matters worse, as soon as their workday ends, they won’t even bother responding to your calls or messages. You could be stranded overnight in a foreign city with no money, but it doesn’t matter to them—their workday is over, and whether they’ve solved your issue or not, they drop everything and disappear. And trust me, their work hours are short.
They don’t have 24/7 support.
So, think carefully—if you want your life to be filled with unexpected emotions and adventures, this is the perfect bank for you. They will bring something new to your carefully planned life, and you’ll get an excellent survival training course on how to manage without money and rediscover the thrill of familiar, once-safe locations. :)

Great solution for global online banking
I’ve been using Bilder for almost three years. Very happy with their services.
Horrible Service !!
I was recommended by a friend to open a bank account with them . I provided all the necessary documents. And the last step to have a video call to confirm my identity . We just needed to communicate on a specific time and date !! They took 2 weeks to arrange the call + when they did they send me a google meet link 😂 and they didn’t accept me into the meeting .. later on they said “ oh you didn’t join , we are sorry we will cancel your registration “

Выбросили меня из банка без причины от слова вообще . Не доверяйте им свои деньги потому что с ними планы на будущее не построишь. Там есть такая Марина, крайне неприятный человек. Ее туда специально посадили людей выбрасывать с платформы.
Обманули
Сделал аккаунт, прошел верификацию, получил 1 платеж на 720€, сразу же в эту секунду как получил платеж, заблокировали аккаунт, деньги не возвращали 2 недели, после чего деньги без моего согласия вернули отправителю и я потерял свои деньги навсегда. Мошенники !!! Хуже банка я не видел, крайне не рекомендую!

Support for Bilderlings is useless and frustrating. My funds have been suspended for over 10 days with no trace of them. I'm only receiving automated replies from bots but no solution. After asking me for payments, they closed my account

Издевательство над потенциальным клиентом.
Процесс верификации - это издевательство над клиентом. Кроме заграничного паспорта, селфи, водительского удостоверения с двух сторон, национального паспорта и подтверждения адреса запросили еще справки НДФЛ-2, НДФЛ-3, выписки из двух банков за 2021 и 2022 год, трудовые договора, зарплатную ведомость с двух предприятий о перечислении зарплаты, налоговые декларации. Потратил кучу времени, отказался с ними работать.
Если на этом этапе такой вынос мозга, представляю что будет, когда 20 евро на счет упадут!
Есть другие финтехи, Bilderlings не рекомендую к работе - полное отсутствие клиентоориентированности!!!

Disgusting data protection
Personal data protection is just awful! Someone withdrew about €2,000 from my account, despite the fact that I did not contact the scammers in any way and did not give them information about my account in any way. At one point, the money was simply debited, and the support service has not answered me for three days!

Worst service ever. Useless support. Request for tons of documents, after provide they ask for more and more. More then normal bank asks! wasted 1 month. (not promised 3 hours)
