No audio, apparently this is an ongoing issue.. turned volume up, redownloaded the app… no luck. Major disappointment

Audio does not work even after turning sound up after app starts. Had the same issue with Bill Nye’s Science Lab and hoped this one would be different - it’s not.

Fun optics no sound
This was a gift for my son. The experiments seem cut but I have been unable to get sound. I have checked the app and the website and there is no explanation or help. Can’t use very expensive gift.

Suffered from no audio issue, but - it seems that the app automatically turns down your volume when it starts. So. Just turn up the volume… facepalm.
