This latest update no longer allows me to use card controls.

these things scare me cause i dont have a computer but it was easy to figure out poor lady on the phone was buried with phone calls

BFCU App is everything I need to keep up with my accounts. Easy to navigate through.
The only thing I’m not happy with is having to change my password every 6 months and it shuts me out without warning that the password is in need of being changed. I would much prefer to be able to keep my password for the time that I choose. I’m seriously running out of password options and can NEVER remember what I used last or before.

Have to change my password way to often
Changing your password is a nightmare
Every few months you have to change your password which is no problem however this app makes it a nightmare to do

Security overkill
I do not appreciate the FORCED reset of password and biometric login. Someone read a book off of Amazon and stopped thinking about the consequences of forcing a user into spending 10 minutes resetting things that might or might not need to be reset. A child could do better.
