When you have a moment, please send an email to hello@billiyo.com to share more about the glitches you've run into, what isn't user friendly, where you're finding redundancy and any other feedback you have so that we can work on providing a better experience.

Hey Thisgamesuxxallyour$! We’re bummed to hear that you do not find our app user-friendly and certainly welcome any additional feedback you have. Just to provide a bit of clarity around banked hours, this is an estimate of how many hours could remain at the end of the client’s service authorization period when looking at all schedules that have been created and worked for the client by those that provide care to them. The amount of hours allowed to work per week and the method used to correct incorrect times is determined by the agency. In regards to this, we recommend reaching out to the agency that you work for to further discuss. While we currently offer notifications to help remind users to clock out — these can be set up by going to “More” > “Settings” — please feel free to share any additional suggestions you have on what you would find helpful to remember to clock out!
