Poor service, nonchalant customer care and zero solution to their fault

This app is just a scam platform
I wish I can post screenshots here, I wanted to buy satay but the network is failing and I decided to buy VTU and it was successful but nothing was received. Yet I bought another amount maybe is the network but same things.
I chat up the customer care immediately with proof and I got no response for like 3 days until I noticed and I text him/her again. I got only Hi! As a responses yet nothing came up, no solution, no why things are done like that.
After another days I text and told them I will write a feedback here, I got a sorry response and nothing was done till date. I texted yesterday and I think my number is blocked now because my text has not delivered.
The app is just another way of scamming
Because nobody run an app like that
