Allerdings ist es nicht up to date! Urlaub/ Ausfall des Hausmeisters sollte immer bekannt gegeben werden!
Vielleicht sollte ein „schwarzes Brett“ für Eigentümer und Mieter in der App zu Verfügung stehen! Verkäufe oder Gesuche könnten so für einen monatlichen Zeitraum gepostet werden zu jedermanns Nutzung!
