La app no abre
Ni siquiera puedes abrirla, ya hice update y te aparece una pagina con el titulo una hora y links de los cuales solo funciona instagram y YouTube. No abre ni siquiera desde el correo que mandan con promociones en la app, ni con el link de instagram…
Battersea is Best
Jordi is such a great manager of the store. I often order on the App and pick up in store and he is SO helpful. If I need a different size he is always there to advise what looks best as I can return for a refund there and then. No need to go to the Post Office. So convenient. Plus Jordi knows my name and has welcome me from day one, remembering what I’ve bought and helping me to pick something new. An outstanding salesman and friend now! Well done Battersea BIMBA and Lola!

Was told to delete and reinstall as had bugs but still just stuck on screen saying cyber days are coming. Obviously didn’t install un-bugged version.
Date of birth: faulty
Couldn’t even go past creating a profile after downloading it. Date of birth selector wouldn’t show up on iPhone 12
Logo at the top was also cut. App was definitely not tested on latest technology.

Good app and speedy delivery
Set up very easy and once you order, delivery is very quick - usually receive item within a couple of days.

Full of inconsistencies
I try the app, it won’t validate my phone number for an order, abandon and use Mobile safari, won’t pick up the Marylebone store for pickup, abandon that and do it on desktop, won’t pick up in-store-pickup. Just going to have to go into the shop. Pfff. I guess it’s good as a catalogue, just do t bother trying to order through it unless you want half the options chopped out.
