About

Bin Nasser Secretary understands you in Kuwaiti Arabic, reminds you at the right moment, keeps your papers and contracts, writes official letters from your notes, and shares what you choose with your office. On iPhone and iPad, all of it happens on your device: no account, no server, no ads. Just say it Press and hold the microphone and say “remind me tomorrow at 10 to call Dad”. Your speech becomes text on the device, and the app understands the day, the time and the repeat (tomorrow, in half an hour, every Sunday…), in your device’s time zone, daylight saving included. You check it before it’s saved. Reminders you won’t miss At the reminder time you get a notification, and on iPhone an alarm rings even on silent or in a Focus. If you don’t respond, it comes back every 5 minutes until you tap “Done” or “Snooze”. A calendar view shows the month with the Hijri date. Voice notes Record a note with your voice: it is saved as audio and text, searchable, and can get a reminder. Your papers Scan bills and warranties into PDFs with a title and tags, kept in folders. Text is recognized on the device, so any word on a page finds it. Contracts Track each contract’s other party, dates and days left, follow-up person, value in dinars and a scanned copy. Choose reminders from 6 months before the end to the last day, record payments with their receipts and see what remains. Status colors, “Renew”, and “Write a letter” for a renewal or claim letter filled in from the contract. Official letters from your notes Say your note in dialect, and the app writes a formal Arabic letter (11 types) on your letterhead with your logos and signature. You review and edit it before the PDF, and the app checks every number and date against your note. Letters are written on your device by Google’s Gemma 4 model, an optional 4.7 GB download. Writing needs a lot of memory (tested on iPhone 17 Pro Max); where memory isn’t enough, the download isn’t offered. The office: share with your colleagues Create an office in Settings and give colleagues its code or QR code to join. Mark any reminder, document, letter or contract “for the office” and every member gets it; a shared reminder rings for all at its time. Shared items travel encrypted through iCloud with a key only code holders have, and only the founder can edit or delete them. On iPad The same app in the iPad’s own layout, in any orientation and in Split View, each list beside its details. Handwritten notes (first version, iPad) Write a note with Apple Pencil: the iPad reads your handwriting into text you can correct and search, and turns it into a reminder with one tap. Reading happens on the device and varies with handwriting; try it on yours in «جرّب التعرّف». New iPhone? Move everything In Settings, «انقل بياناتي إلى جوال جديد» makes one encrypted file: AirDrop it and open it on the new iPhone with its 8-digit code, and everything moves. Or turn on an encrypted backup in your own iCloud Drive, updated daily and opened only with a code you choose. The code is never stored; if you forget it, the backup can’t be restored. Privacy first - All data and processing stay on your device. No server, no analytics, no external AI. What you share with your office goes through iCloud encrypted; neither we nor Apple can read it. - The app locks with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode, at launch and on every return. - Its files use iOS’s strongest Data Protection and are excluded from regular backups; they leave the device only for the office, or when you move or back them up, encrypted with your code. - You can hide the reminder text in notifications and alarms. Before first use The app downloads its speech-to-text model once (about 627 MB, preferably over Wi-Fi). This download, the optional letters model and iCloud (for the office and the optional backup) are the app’s only internet connections, and nothing about you reaches us. The interface is in Arabic. Requires iOS or iPadOS 26 or later.

Move your data to your new iPhone: - In Settings, «انقل بياناتي إلى جوال جديد» makes one encrypted file and shows an 8-digit code. Send it with AirDrop, open it on the new iPhone and enter the code. - Everything moves: reminders and alarms, voice and handwritten notes, scanned documents, official letters and the letterhead, contracts and payments, settings, and your office membership, including the founder's rights. - On an iPhone that already has data, the file is merged without duplicates and without deleting anything, and you are asked before your settings or office change. - After the move, the old iPhone offers «احذف بياناتي من هذا الجوال». Encrypted iCloud backup (optional): turn it on in Settings and choose a code you will remember. It updates daily in your own iCloud Drive and opens only with your code. On a new iPhone: «عندي نسخة من جوالي القديم» → «استرجع من iCloud». None of this goes through a server of ours, and we can't open the file. If you forget the backup code, the backup can't be restored.
