Used to be functional now it isn't. However I emailed them and almost immediately got a reply that fixed my issue. So great work !
Not fit for purpose
This is an app done on the cheap (and my goodness does it show!) and really isn’t fit for purpose. It asks me to enter my house number and postcode to get bin collection reminders and then doesn’t recognise the postcode! Looks dreadful, horrible to use and so amateurish. Would be better off being ditched as it’s an embarrassment. How much tax payer money was wasted on this garbage? An app about rubbish being only fit for the dump!

This app fails to provide any useful functionality. Whoever wrote it has a primary school level of competency. Fails to provide reliable notifications, forgets your address so you have to re-enter it repeatedly, but it then fails to connect anyway. What it is required to do is so simple it is beyond comprehension that it has never been fixed. 🤪

Downloaded after trying the website and not get the information I wanted. The app is obviously connected to the website and was equally useless and a waste of time. I should have heeded all the one star reviews. Be warned!!!

Downloading Information
For two years people have been asking that you make the smallest change and remember the laat postcode entered (shockingly people don’t move house every couple of weeks). You can still make updates.
Should be renamed ’Downloading Information’ as that seems to be all it says since the last update.

Best App ever
I would be lost without this app, I never miss a bin day as it tells you which bin on which day and lets you know if any changes for holiday etc. if your stuck with anything just email them and they get back to you with the help you needed. 10/10 for this app.
Shockingly bad
There is no point even trying to say how bad the form fill is. The app is not fit for purpose and will cause fly tipping

App provides a link to the council website for the list of dates. Google found the info faster. Will be deleting after under 1 min of use

Newly updated app, although different it just doesn’t work at all
The previous version wasn’t maybe the best styled but at least it worked and you could find what bin was collected on what day. But this new version is woeful. Where the old Version looked like a demo it worked but this new one, is useless

Doha yes ; Dromore no
So currently unable to access collection information for about half of Northern Ireland.
In particular Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon council is not covered at all. Pretty useless to us.
