My Instructor Mr. Thajudheen & MohamedAhmed mahmoud are really very good instructor. They taught me with all their knowledge.I will recommend them to all my family and friends.
They have great communication skills and techniques, They are the right people in the right place.i m extremely lucky to have them as my instructors.

App super glitchy and malfuntioning
Videos are not playing most of the time, I have to re-watch the videos everytime cos it does not move on to the quiz / next lesson, I need to log out, restart the app, change wi-fi / data connection, repeat the same process at least 4 times just to finish one lesson even if I’ve seen it again and again.
The advise given by the school is just to log out and log back in again. With 8 lessons with at least 5-10 sub-classes each, it’s taking me triple the time I would have taken in watching all these.

From the moment I joined Bin Yaber Driving School, everything was smooth and well-organized—thanks to the incredible team who went above and beyond to support me throughout the process.
The first person I met at the school was Mr. Ramadan, and I can’t thank him enough. He made every step of the process seamless. I contacted him many times during the reservation and registration phases, and each time, he was extremely kind, patient, and highly professional. His support was constant and reliable—he truly made my onboarding effortless and stress-free.
A very special thanks also goes to Mr. Akash from the reservation department. His friendly attitude, welcoming smile, and dedication to helping even outside his shift hours truly impressed me. He arranged my classes and transportation efficiently, and always made sure I was informed and comfortable. Honestly, I felt blessed to have such sincere and consistent support. Mr. Akash is an asset to the school and a perfect representative of customer service excellence.
When it comes to driving instruction, Mr. Naser is simply the best! His deep knowledge of driving rules, patient teaching style, and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed from day one. He didn’t just teach me how to drive—he made sure I understood everything thoroughly and was fully prepared for the test. With his guidance, I was able to get my license in just one month! Mr. Naser is much more than an instructor—he’s a true mentor and a major strength of the school.
Lastly, I’d like to thank the transportation team and the rest of the staff for their outstanding cooperation and support. They were always on time, helpful, and flexible with my schedule.

Doesn’t worth to study here!!
Very bad experience in terms of time and money to book your classes you have to wait 1 month and you can book only 4 classes after that you have to wait again 1 month for the next classes. I don’t suggest you guys to get shifted they will convince you that you can come any time any day but final thing you will come to the schedule they will give for you in which free days you can come for shifted you just pay extra for NOTHING and they fail you for sure 100 % and for each classes you will pay extra. Doesn’t worth guys in this company better chose other ones maybe you pay little bit more but save your time and money!!

Reliable but has glitches
I was taking the practice test which had 300+ questions, all of a sudden, the screen turned blank and I had to start from the beginning. Other than that, the app is pretty straightforward and convenient. Still, I had to personally contact an RTA personnel for more information and questions.

I am perfect driver but still they fail 2 time in road test for money and then book classes to much late And staf is so bad behaviour after open lessons in bin YABER school
My Driving License experience with Bin Yaber
Today, I just received my driving license from Bin Yaber Jabel Ali branch .I am very grateful and satisfied with the customer service. Especially, Mr. Ashok for his outstanding assistance with my journey and all driving instructor were well trained and were good with guiding. Mr Zouheb, he was very direct with his instructions and patient. Overall it was an excellent experience with Bin Yaber. I would highly recommend.

Whenever I’m trying to practice for test by reaching question 180 page goes blank. There is no possibility to save the progress. It’s getting on my nerve 🥲

Guys really do not fall for it. However the sweet words from the agents, they only seeking your money, after that they won’t reply you. Booking timing always late, CS always doesn’t know how to fix the situation, sales team doesn’t reply your mail. Forget it
