No me deja ingresar en modo simple en Bind24

Me hicieron una transferencia a esta billetera virtual y no he podido ver el monto. Por llamada me dicen que mande un correo y por correo que llame. He gastado un montón en saldo y ningún operador me ayuda. Lo más turbio es que no recuerdo haberme creado una cuenta en este banco. Solo sé que la transferencia se envío a Banco industrial por un error en el alias y aparecían mis datos del DNI completos y tuve que descargar la app para corroborar la transferencia que me hicieron
