If your shelter, clinic, or case management organization uses bindl, this is where your goals, your documents, your appointments, and your care team live in one place. You drive your own progress. What you can do: • My Pathway: Set goals that matter to you and track your milestones toward stability and housing. • My Vault and My Identification: Keep the documents that housing and benefits require, including your documents and records your caseworker asks for. • Your Case: See where you are in your support and who is working it with you. • Messages: Talk with your caseworker between visits. • Appointments: See what is coming up and add it to your phone's calendar. • Resources: Browse shelters, food, healthcare, and other local services near you. Every organization listed is reviewed before it appears, so what you find is real. • Check-ins: Answer a few short questions so your care team knows how you are doing. Privacy First: • You can see exactly who has opened your information and when. • Anything you add yourself stays private from staff until you choose to share it. You decide what your care team sees, and you can change that decision at any time. The app locks with Face ID or your device passcode. Your information is encrypted on your phone, and it keeps working when you lose signal, then syncs when you are back online.
