I’ve been playing this game and I am up to 12k and cannot get my payout without jumping through all of the hoops. It now says 1 ticket. What is that?

How come you have to keep verifying for your payout you have to constantly play and watch ads, but you can’t cash out each time you think you’re going to cash out you make us verify once again to where you have to get five chest or spin two times or get so many bingo not sure if this is a legit game or not but after playing for 34 days, I can’t seem to get to the point where you cash out you have $1000 $1200 1500 2000 and $3000 but I’m almost up to $5000 so why can’t I just cash out?
