⚠️ BE CAREFUL WITH BINGO BILLIONS – REAL MONEY INVOLVED
I’m sharing my personal experience because I think anyone putting real money into this app should pay very close attention to how the matchmaking works.
I completed a game, my final score was already posted, and I was WINNING. There was no completed opponent winning at that point. I personally watched the match sit there, and then several minutes AFTER my game was finished and my score was already known, a historical opponent was added with a previously recorded score that beat mine.
That immediately raised a major concern for me: If my final score is already known before a historical opponent is selected, how is that opponent chosen? What prevents the system from using the known score when selecting from historical playthroughs?
What I personally witnessed made me seriously question the fairness and transparency of the matchmaking process—especially when REAL MONEY is involved.
I have formally asked Bingo Billions/Wild Koala to explain whether a player’s completed score can influence the selection, filtering, ranking, or assignment of a historical opponent. Pending a reply!
My advice to other players: pay attention, take screenshots, and screen-record your games and matchmaking results. Don’t assume the opponent shown after your game was playing against you live.

Can’t withdraw
I have been waiting over a month for my money. I requested a withdrawal, I could only withdraw half of what I actually had in my account and lost the rest when I requested the withdraw. I have sent multiple inquiries asking where my money is, they keep telling me they needed me to send documents to verify my identity, which I did twice and still have not received my money. Don’t waste your time or money on this game.

I was excited to play another bingo game that u can actually make real money it’s fun and it’s definitely legit however …. The amount of time it takes for just your withdrawal to be processed is insane u have people that actually rely on games like these to survive or to just get everyday essentials or even small bills but u guys take forever to process it there are literally tons of other bingo apps that only take a few hours to 3 days the most but this one …. I might not keep playing if i have to continuously wait weeks for money I won so far I have only cashed out once I’ve been waiting days for my other cashout with zero help…

Don’t waste your time
I love a good bingo game. But this one promises you can win cash. I would win my game sure, but no matter what my score someone else ALWAYS had a just slightly higher one so I wouldn’t win any cash. I’d always be just out of the money. Play it for fun but don’t expect to win anything in return.

I recently downloaded this app and absolutely love it. But I do hate it at the same time because of the amounts of time I have to hit a red “x” button on ads. It’s extremely annoying and inconvenient. I’m looking at other bingo games to download because of this issue. WHY ARE THERE A MILLION ADS?!?!?!!!

You have to spend money to win cash.
Could this be true?
After spending many days, trying to find a site that does what it says, I have given this app the correct five stars’ rating. It seemed to have not only a bingo card easy to use, but when I started playing with actual Cash, I actually won a few games and at the end it really showed up in the box at the top of the page which shows what you did on a particular game. I was impressed that at the end, since I won, maybe three out of 11 games l, got more cash.
The next step is to try and withdraw my winnings to wherever this app, hopefully, will send me to have cash ultimately in my bank account.

Feel like it makes you lose over and over again until you’re back down and need to purchase again.
Where is my payout
Love the game dislike the payout process as it forces you to use PayPal and I still haven’t received my winnings. 3 stars for now will update later.

If Bingo Billions is truly a skill-based game where players are wagering real money against other players, can you explain why there appear to be bots or computer-controlled players involved at all?
If every player entering a paid game is a real person, the prize pool is already being funded by the players themselves. The developer could take a clearly disclosed percentage from each match, still pay the winner appropriately, and generate additional revenue through advertising. That seems like a perfectly sustainable business model without needing artificial players or questionable matchmaking.
For example, if two players each pay $5 to enter, you could put $8 or $9 into the prize pool and keep the remaining amount as your platform fee. Multiply that across thousands of games, along with ad revenue, and there is still plenty of room for the company to make money while giving players a fair experience.
A much better system would be:
• Real-player-only cash matches with no bots filling paid games.
• A clearly disclosed platform fee or percentage taken from each entry.
• Transparent prize pools so players know exactly how much is being paid in and paid out.
• Separate practice games where bots are allowed, clearly labeled as such.
• Better matchmaking based on actual player skill and experience.
• Published payout percentages and clearer information about how opponents are selected.
• If no real opponent is available, either wait for one or refund the entry rather than quietly substituting an artificial player.
Players understand that a company has to make money. I don’t expect the developers to operate the game for free. But there is a big difference between earning a reasonable fee for providing the platform and designing the game in a way that makes players question whether the competition itself is genuine.
If this is being advertised as a skill-based cash game, transparency should be one of its strongest selling points. Real players competing against real players, with the company openly taking its cut, would actually make me much more willing to play and spend money.
So I’d genuinely like an explanation: Why are bots necessary in paid competition at all, and why couldn’t Bingo Billions use a transparent player-funded prize model instead?

Not as advertised at all.
The ad for thia game showed each daub being worth $5. Then each BINGO being rewarded $25. Then each following BINGO building on the last to produce double and triple Bingos awarding the player with totals such as $50 and $75. This is not this same game at all. Ita just like all other BINGO games. Where is the game advertised? That is the game I was shown, clicked on agree for, and agreed to install on my phone. I need answers.

App won't open past the first screen where it says loading. Get quick a quick pop up saying retry that disappears.

I added an extra star because I got my $17 withdrawal. (After 2 weeks which is totally mediocre compared to other games)
For this game, 2 stars worth though…
And no, I won’t contact customer service, since I have done multiple times. I just won’t deposit anymore until you fix your game.
1. As others have said previously, it’s true: the two bonus balls are worthless, since they are called in the game again. When you do a pick-1 or choose 4 bonuses, they won’t come out of the sequence and will be called again.
2. There is still seconds left on the last ball when the game stops abruptly.
3. You can be blocked easily, saying that there’s no matching player on your level. For 3-4 days and on any entry fees? What a joke.
But when you score below a few thousand, then you get matched instantly and lose your $…
4. After 5 minutes of waiting for “opponents”, your entry fee will be refunded. 5 minutes lol. Who was that genius who came up with that? When you can pause a game for 15 minutes and you roll games for 20 people per game… make it make sense.
