Why can I not get this game back can someone help me plz

It's a fun game but I've lost all my data & coins twice now !! The game won't even open up for me. It tries to but then just goes back to the main screen of my iPad mini. This usually happens after I do an update. I've sent messages by email for 2 days & no one ever gotten back tome in any way shape or form. I don't recommend this game to anyone!!! It's frustrating building yourself up throughout the levels & then lose it all!!!

I like the game but it won't let me into Facebook. You say I have to upgrade my IOS so it will be higher 5 something. Well mine at 10.2. That certainly above what you want. So please fix it.

Love the game! BUT game won't let me attach to facebook. Says I need to update and I am already at a iOS 10.
It's okay
The down side: I don't like that you use the power ups so fast and that their expensive to buy and also it takes to long to level up.
The good side: you get a lot of bingo points.

I can't connect to Facebook and the #1 frustration. I play and play passed level 30 but it won't let me download the new rooms takes me past them but still won't download them.

This game is fun, and I do enjoy playing, but I don't understand the powerups. I have 2 auto daubs (I think that's what they're called) that remove numbers daubed incorrectly and daub numbers missed. They won't allow me to play them and they won't come up during games. I emailed but have received no response.

I like this game but, power ups I can't use, 2x's coin p/o. It takes forever to earn coins & then to not let you use that power up is not cool. My emails go unanswered. It's also impossible to complete challenges. It's a bummer because I actually enjoy this game. Come on app people, fix the issues & I'll raise my stars!
