I’ve already withdrawn £7223... as for bingo clash - I started playing a month ago and it was okay at the start but with time, I can tell that they amend the algorithm to reduce wins. I was winning the “challenger” mode everyday and then suddenly they disabled it but my friend can still see it...customer support said “games are chosen at random” but it’s funny they only disable modes you win so clearly “random” only targets games you play well in.
The other issue I had is there are two situations that arise: 1. If you play really well, they don’t match you with an opponents and the. Refund entry fees 2. If you play okay, they immediately match you with players who score at least twice as high as you and you lose. Their algorithm is also a mess and nobody from customer service actually answers how players are matched. I play solitaire on the app and my all time best score was 4,681 and I only ever achieved it once, on average my score is about 4,607. I won a few games in the last two weeks and ever since, I now only get matched with people who score 4,712 and above (which btw is clearly a bot or simulated player because getting 4,607 is hard enough but getting 4,712 means they must be able to clear the deck in 15 seconds continuously) - it makes no sense for me to matched with someone whose average score is at least 100 higher than I am continuously.
In any case, I noticed this with Avia games, I used to play bingo clash and solitaire clash also and they did the same exact thing, they would disable any modes I had a high win to loss ratio on and keep the ones I lost more on. It’s one thing matching me with better players and it’s another to literally disable those modes so I can’t play.

They see one word in your question and it automates the answer based on it and good luck getting an answer on how they match players or how they choose “simulated players” because their terms and conditions literally state they use simulated players.

They don’t pay out!
Every time you try to do a withdrawal, they’ll send you an email stating “your withdrawal has been successfully sent,” however, they don’t ACTUALLY send the money!

The developers response was that everybody gets the same board and the same opportunity…well I’m calling wolf on that!!
