The game advertises cash tournaments against real players. That is a lie. I was matched against computer bots disguised as human opponents. Every time I started winning consistently, the bots would beat me. This is not bad luck. This is a programmed system designed to drain my money and send it back to AviaGames.
I deposited real money believing I was competing fairly against real people. I was not. The Terms of Service bury a vague admission of “Simulated Players” deep in fine print, never shown to me at the point of purchase. I was never given a fair or clear warning.
I was scammed. My money was taken through deliberate deception. This is not a skill competition. It is a rigged product designed to extract money from users like me under false pretences.
I demand Apple remove Bingo Clash from the App Store immediately. Continuing to host this app means Apple is facilitating an ongoing financial scam against consumers.

The game is a scam, as soon as you win some money it bans you, if you try to make a new account it then bans that one saying you break the terms and service. They then refuse to help you in any way, the other games are okay but this one and Pocket7Games are awful, with shocking customer service. Would rate lower than one star if it would let me.
