I like the Bingo but have no idea how it works. The game with the timer…plinko?

The regular Bingo is fun but there’s no explanation of what anything means…example, you get bingos and it says you lose. Why? How do the points work…
what’s the goal. Memories? Charms?
I tried emailing fo support but no response.
It’s fun just to play and ignore the goals…it’s free…but I would like to understand.

Today there’s a “piggy bank” you need 25,000 coins I think…I reached that and it only shows filled.
