Lots of daubs no bingo
After 3 years of playing and data gathering, I find the ratio of perfect daubs to Bingo is extraordinarily high. Thus, one has to gather a pool of plays for weeks, play 4 games, have 4 perfect daubs and MAYBE win a single bingo, and then take another few weeks to gather resources to play again. So it is now time to drop out of this rat race and spend my time on the several bingos which allow players a modicum of rewards so as to win more than once in a blue moon.

Rip off
This is the only game I have downloaded in the the 10 yrs I have had an iPhone that is a rip off. The other day I won 22,000+ in chips, the app conviently crashed the second all my winnings added up, I immediately opened it back up and guess what? My winnings were gone. When I emailed them, the refunded me 250 thousand. They have a reward mini game that there is no way to win. I won 21x my winnings but because the game doesn’t allow u to stop playing till u lose, u will only win 1x or 2x the winnings. Who ever designed this game, made it so the people who play lose one way or another. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Waste of time w/ game & customer support
Game used to be fun & customer service was great, but im not sure what happened but someone or something screwed it all up. I was told as usual un & reinstall & clear cache. Will i go to reinstall & what do you know, awhole bunch of irritated not to mention VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS, YOUR CUSTOMERS JAM CITY. I stress all if that because of whatever mishap that happened, y’all should’ve just been honest with all the customers or just me, if i was the only one yall lied to. I wouldve sure no problem. Instead yall had me waste my time & that in itself irritates me smooth the =€!< off & also ur numbers are duplicating quite often.

Bingo infinity
I’ve been playing this for a long time. I’m almost to level 63. Since the new year it doesn’t allow me to collect bonus in each game. I emailed and still waiting for resolution. So all I do is collect hourly bonuses. Other than this issue, I have enjoyed playing

No bang! I sent msg saying there was no shaBANG when you finish a room. It was my 2nd time trying to communicate with them on separate issues but I only got email saying they received my msg and someone will get back to me in 48hr which has been over a Wk now. Just going to delete it!
No Support From The Developers
This game is fun to play, but... it gets bugs often and when you write to support they send an automated message and never fix the problem they no longer use Apple for support so you’re stuck. I’ve had it with them so quitting the game.
To fast in jackpot games
I injoy the game it everytime I play the jackpots they start out fine an get faster an faster an them lights flashing in your face when your looking for numbers it’s ridiculous. I keep up with bingo games pretty good am 62 year’s old been playing many years but you go faster an faster so I just quit I like to injoy bingo or feel all stressed out and I like your game but I’ve had to quit again tonight in the middle cause it started going faster an with those lights going on an it makes it hard to see the numbers

You rarely win
For a simple game, this bingo is fun. But when you rarely ever win, why bother. I can play one round every few hours because I have to either collect the bonus 4 times or spend an exorbitant amount of money. Come on developers! This is a game, not real life.

People could win more if you all didn’t roll numbers twice or three times when the number come across I’ve seen it many time we’re I just marked a number and two rolls later it come back up again so wrong real bingo doesn’t use the number twice 😡
Loving this game
Great game! I have been playing for 2 months and it is still challenging. I have 142,816,079 points and haven’t had to buy any. I wake up and play, eat lunch and play, and play before I go to sleep! Just wish I could make as much money in real life!

Really.. a few days ago I could bet 4.5 million and get better odds of winning the Mega... now I have to bet 18 million to get the better odds???? You have truly messed it up.. and when I complained about my winnings, I got a “sorry oh well” response.. this used to be my favorite game and now it’s not even worth it!!!

Game has changed
The jackpot games now require more money to play. This just recently happened as I was playing it yesterday and it didn’t require 18,000 dollars to play all three jackpots. I normally do well in the game up until today. I can’t seem to get a jackpot and it has been paying out. Would be nice if you could level up better. It takes me almost 3 or more months to level up. And please don’t respond with it is a game of chance like you do on all the other comments. I get that it is a game of chance but you changed something today and made the game worse then it was yesterday.

Good game, horrible use of monetizing algorithm
There is no ‘chance’ in this game. Have played it extensively and paid close attention to the timing of payouts. When you are close to a goal , this is when you win nothing. Every time. Of course they hope you will pony up a dollar or two to buy a little more playing points (which are wildly overpriced) so that you can reach that goal. Of course all games of chance that include betting have odds stacked toward the house, but with this game it’s just ridiculous.

Play everyday but...why?
I could love this app, but you might win a bingo 1 out of 10games. A triple or more the odds are worse. There is nothing that explains the daubers and I’d like to know what I’m earning, if anything. So far the daubers mean nothing...I refuse to buy coins when the odds are so bad. The algorithm is horrid and the developers need to let us win once in a while or we won’t come back or spend. If we know we have a chance to win I’d buy. Winning doesn’t mean hitting jackpots but it does mean actually getting bingos to play more than 5 minutes! Ugh

Second review-still very much “ pay to play”
This game could be great!! BUT- you NEVER win.. and if you do, you only win 1/3 of what you bet. I have my original review below...and I’ve realllllly tried to love this game, but I can’t afford it. I just played SEVEN rounds, and not one win?!?? Seriously?! I had the boards almost completely covered except to win.
Developers- you made a really cool version of bingo, but you need to give players a chance to actually play ... daily bonus higher? Or, higher wins? Even when you have the “ sales”, it’s not even enough to play? You can get hundreds of gems, but only 550 or so coins ?? It’s insane that you don’t offer coin packages where you can get a reasonable amount of coins without spending $100??? I WANT the game to improve, and I really hope you look at what I’m saying and maybe make some changes? It’s a shame to not be able to afford to play your great game.

Darn mastery stones
I have no problem having coins as I win and don’t ever have to purchase more. However when I get mystery boxes it’s for stones that I maxed out for that board 100 games ago. I wish the stones were more evenly spread out. I’ve probably won 500 red stones for which I don’t need. If you spread them out more evenly then this would be a perfect 5 star game.

Don’t buy coins, ever!
I thought I was just being crazy when this first happened but here’s what I now believe to be true. I really only play the jackpot bingo and I would win at least a small jackpot every other day, at least! I had so many coins for weeks but then I ran out and bought some, which was fine and in my impatience, I went to that well two more times. From the moment I went there the third time, not only did I stop getting a jackpot ever, and it’s been a couple of weeks, but I never get anything anymore. At worst there would be double bingos, triple bingos, coin tiles. Since I made that last purchase, I have never gotten more than two Bingos per game. I’ve been playing for months and that never EVER happened before. I’m convinced it’s not a coincidence anymore. I’m out

Love this game when I have enough credits, credits are very expensive. Wish there were more ways to win credits.
