I think that all bonuses shouldn’t be gems, maybe throw in a couple of cash bonuses. Also maybe add to the fan pages more often. Maybe add some promo codes

Waiting to long
I’m not happy with this game. You pay money, play and then have to wait for days to see if your score is higher than someone else… if you are actually playing against someone which you are not!! You are on your own. Which you are. Totally unfair game.
Horrible customer service
I have been trying for over a week to contact customer service and nobody has answered me at all, can’t even play, my money is just sitting there! Maybe if they see this they will contact me!!
