Out of all the types of apps this by far the worst. All the apps that play these exact games are the same company screwing us over. Even though I know it was win and me lose it was at least fun. I’ve been playing over a year with all these games and I would at least cash out once in a great while and even if I didn’t, the game would at least let you win one bet in the bonus. Even if it wouldn’t make enough to cash out, it was at least fun. Now I’m on level 200 and it doesn’t matter whether I bet a nickel or $50 at a time. Won’t let me win one single bet not even a penny. 50 bucks and I’m the bonus one timeH but when I get in there, I don’t hit one single bet. We are all making these people billions and they’re the biggest pieces of garbage on the planet and I am absolutely done with this company biggest scammers in the world.

Withdrawal issue
I recently submitted a withdrawal while I was on vacation in another state and I received a message saying that I needed to submit my photo ID front and back as well as a video showing me going to the withdrawal process. I wasn’t given any direction as to where to submit these documents. I tried emailing them but they kept coming back. The customer service does not have a place to where you can actually talk to somebody in order to show these documents

They had a promotion I bought the coins - I changed tablets and they whiped out all of my credits - no phone number to call, customer service said if I didn’t have a screen shot they could not help me - how am I supposed to get a screenshot when you reset my account! Although they knew exactly what I was talking about and I provided the proof of deposit on the day of the event and the Id! They seem to keep track of everything else when it benefits them!

Redemption
I have been waiting days for a redemption. All of a sudden I’m blocked from my account and told to contact them for violating terms of service. Problem is there is absolutely no way to contact anyone. It just brings you to an FAQ page in the help center. I’ve tried to contact other unity games but they all told me they have nothing to do with each other. Guess this is the way they are getting out of sending me the money they owe. Beware.

Customer service is awful. The RTP is awful. You really only get a return when you bet $0.20. I would not recommend. The app is set up so that people with lower betting range keep the RTP ave high enough to comply. If you bet $1 or higher. Your winning percentage is severely lower. I put $100 in the game and did a case study to prove my point. Will be making a YouTube video to show my point. Will show how often you hit a bonus when betting lower amounts and the number of winless spins in a row at higher bets. I took 10 winless spins in a row. At $1, swapped to 0.20 and hit a bonus immediately. You can just tell.

So first of all I love and enjoy all the slot games that are on all the unity apps. Reason for my 5 stars!! Now………..I have read the other reviews on some of the apps that I am actually having issues with but for me i haven’t had that problem with withdrawing………..because for the simple fact it won’t let me get there !!! I noticed this and caught on it’s actually on 8 of the apps which they will all be getting this review as well!!! Some of them it will not go pass a certain total for example some it’s $32 some $22. It will let you get close letting you it’ll be a cash out but then just take it all back. I can honestly say from experience not all the unity slot game apps are scams because I still play those ones and I have cashed out on them numerous of times and don’t have any problems with those ones like I do these 8!! Note to self done with those apps good thing i didn’t put a lot of money into them and did not hit to cash out. Lol so thank you for sharing !! I just wanted to share as well !!

So I deposited money onto this app to play when I went to try to get my 24 hour cashback I had to identify myself, but because my identification is attached to another app, they will not give me my money.
