Fun but no customer support
This is a great Bingo game. There are several versions of Bingo plus some super fun non Bingo games were recently added. I would have given the game 5 stars if it weren’t for the horrible customer support. It’s impossible to get questions or concerns even acknowledged, much less answered. You can definitely win real money but the payments are slow to be processed. Wake up Innovation Casualty and do something about the nonexistent customer support, it’s unacceptable !!

I’ve attempted to withdraw $100 of my winnings in the 8th of July . I’m my haste I put the wrong email address. I’ve sent email after email trying to fix my mistake . Because of the issues I’m having on my end with PayPal . It’s sitting there in limbo .. I could’ve sworn I could withdraw my winning to any account . Could someone please reach to me from Innovation.. I’m ready to withdraw another $100 but now I’m not sure if I should . Please help . Regardless of that I love Bingo Verve 😎

SCAM GAME- Don’t expect to cash out EVER
Despite winning over $280.00 in the 10 days that I have played this game, I have not once reached their $20 minimum cash out threshold. In fact every time I won, the amount available to me to withdraw went down quite dramatically. I reached out to support to find out why this was the case and was told that the only time that cash was paid to that bucket was if you won 1st place AND they only paid the entry fee back to you in cash. $6 game wins 1st place for $24… all in bonus money except $6. The balance doesnt change. $6 game and you win 2nd place… the balance that can be withdrawn goes down but your balance in the game says $50…. You never reach that minimum and never get to withdraw your winnings or anything else.

Bingo Verve is a really good game it helps me with my anxiety and stress. I would recommend this game to everyone that experiences anxiety and be stressed!!

Don’t play you’ll lose money from how the apps deals with bonus cash and earnings.
I would spend $40 on a bingo game, get first place, receive $100 but $40 of the earning went back into the bonus cash making it irredeemable, only gaining potentially $20 from the game on the highest risk factor is not fair, the support is a joke, they don’t even respond. The withdrawal is very slow compared to well every other app just avoid this.

They cheat horribly. The bingo games are NOT randomly generated. 100% of the time, when you use a purple wild power ball, the number will be called. Incredibly, no matter how many numbers are still on the card, 80% of the time (I have done the math), it will be the VERY NEXT ball called!!!!
Additionally, I'll come in first a time, or two, but then there, despite having played a perfect, or near-perfect game, there will be winning scores THOUSANDS of points higher, that would not have been possible to achieve. I have recorded dozens of games to be sure that I hadn't maybe missed a call. Nope. Not once. This is illegal, unethical, and just plain sh* t ty of them. The reason for the second star is that the games are quite fun, but people should understand that this is a completely dishonest app. If they were legit, they'd STILL make a ton of money, but that's not good enough - they have to cheat. Shame on you, "innovation" creators. You are the lowest of the low.

Customer support is nonexistent
The game is fun but their customer support is nonexistent. I completed a challenge over 7 days ago but after submitting screenshots of the completed challenge, I can’t get any answers from the customer support team as to the status of the $100 bonus I earned. Their in game support IA chat bot is pathetic and sending emails directly to Innovation Casualty hasn’t worked either. I like the game but apparently they don’t give a sh\t about their players.
Edit: the previous issue I had with getting my bonus was finally resolved and they actually made an improvement to that bonus game. Now if you complete the bonus game it automatically gets credited to your account which is a great improvement.
Unfortunately, the non existent customer support hasn’t been addressed.
