Customer support is nonexistent
The game is fun but their customer support is nonexistent. I completed a challenge over 7 days ago but after submitting screenshots of the completed challenge, I can’t get any answers from the customer support team as to the status of the $100 bonus I earned. Their in game support IA chat bot is pathetic and sending emails directly to Innovation Casualty hasn’t worked either. I like the game but apparently they don’t give a sh\t about their players.
Edit: the previous issue I had with getting my bonus was finally resolved and they actually made an improvement to that bonus game. Now if you complete the bonus game it automatically gets credited to your account which is a great improvement.
Unfortunately, the non existent customer support hasn’t been addressed.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. I won over $30 and when I tried to cash out the system kept telling me my information did not match which was a lie. So I contacted support they ignored me for almost a week then asked me to send screenshots so they could see what it was saying I did that. The next day I go back all my money that was withdrawalable they converted into bonus cash knowing that bonus cash can not be withdrawn and deleted the whole conversation but I toom screenshots just for this person. I am already in the process of trying to have this janky scam game removed from the play store

Fun and pays out
The game is fun to play, and though it took about a week $68 dollars hit my PayPal today. I would suggest faster payout times, I don’t see any reason why you can’t get payout within 24 hours. Other games do without a problem. Other than that, game is legit.
