You used to offer another scratcher if we watched a quick ad…you’ve taken that away, and now we are supposed to buy another chance by buying it with some kind of ticket…but we don’t know how to get those tickets!!!! Explain please
Disappointed
Since the last up date I am very disappointed. Less chance to play many games by day.

What happened to the power up weekends? Then we couldn’t collect gems by watching videos, and now I’m not getting daily tasks! What’s up with that? I’ve been playing this game for over ten years, I don’t want to change it, please let me know what to do……

I am so addicted to playing Bingo the past 14 years now when I was in the hospital for some surgery and then I went to my therapy sessions and I was there with a group of people who are older and we always there for lunch and one of the games was bingo and I loved it so much. I have a friend who is an older woman and she always plays Bingo every time I see here. I am going to get her a tee shirt that says Bingo Queen because she will love it so much

You’ve stopped
The bingo game is pretty dang good, I especially like being able to auto daub 3 cards…BUT I used to be able to watch an add and get another chance to play for a bonus….you’ve taken that away, why???

I love playing this bingo game, but I can no longer get gems by watching ads. I can still get tickets through the ads, just not the gems. There should be another way to get gems, either through ads or coins like the tickets or keys. My fingerprints is not working, so I can not buy the gems. I may not be able to play in the tournaments which require gems due to this problem. It is very frustrating. There should be another way to obtain gems.

Love the game, but the regular tournaments are not refreshing again. It says tournament has ended, new one is starting, but it has been several hours and tournament is not loading.

Horrible! Freeze galore!
Love the game but it glitches so much it’s not worth it! It has completely froze on me 3 times now and I just downloaded yesterday! And once it freezes all you’re left to do is close the app so you lose your tickets you used to the play the game and you lost the game! So frustrating!

I like this Bingo game but it takes so long to watch all the ads to get to the game. It never used to have so many ads before the game.
Fun game
The game is super fun, enjoy that you can use multiple rooms. I'm never bored. However, there are glitches when you watch the ad to get 40 tickets. Sometimes you watch the ad, it gets stuck no option to to leave it just keeps asking you to get the game or some times I need to pretend to get the game then I get out or no option I close the app and go back on.
