Tighter than VEGAS

This game has gone downhill!!! I haven’t hit a bonus in over a month you have to save up your chips just to play for 5 minutes if that . You can’t get a hold of customer service unless you fill out a whole page, including your player ID number, which I have NO CLUE WHAT MY NUMBER IS!!! They make it IMPOSSIBLE!!!
