Rubbish App!

Excuse the pun. It’s really rubbish….
Binny couldn’t even tell me if I could recycle my ceramic oven dish, some broken wine glasses, a laundry detergent box, or an old plastic click clack lunchbox???

What’s the point of the app, if it only answers things I already know which is common sense. I didn’t get answers to anything I actually wanted to know!!!

I might as well delete the app straight away until it’s able to properly give me the info I need… or else everything will just go to landfill if I’m unsure…

What about us elderly ?

In all this the Council recyclers have, as usual, forgotten the elderly many living alone and, in my case, have real mobility problems. I can’t drag several bins to the kerb weekly. Nor go to “ pick up points”. Look, Just pick the rubbish up as per my rates require .Enough already.

Doesn’t work on iOS 17.3

Doesn’t seem to work on iOS 17.3 (not sure previous versions, just downloaded the app and this is the version I’m on). Open the app and saw the Binny image, asked different questions and it never replied back, not even to say Hello or anything. Seems the app is broken. Deleting it now.

Don’t bother downloading

First question it couldn’t answer…. Embarrassing app considering it’s 2024

Deleted it

Tried all different ways to ask what plastic recycling numbers were supported, could not provide an answer other than 6 was not supported, and gave a general answers about ok to recycle the types of plastic found in most bathrooms. It should be easy to find the numbers supported and I know it’s not 1 to 5.
