Okay I guess
It’s good zoom but honestly not really worth paying for if you take video it’s almost impossible to keep video steady enough to have a decent recording and it doesn’t even record sound. Even if you give microphone permission. Would I purchase again? Nope. But it’s okay.
WORTHLESS
Running IOS 26.2.1 on an iPhone 14, and the best this app offers in the way of telephoto is 16x. Then, on top of that, the pic is grainy. It’s a scam and wouldn’t be good if for free, much less paid for. Don’t waste your money.

What happened to the 32X zoom? I have the new iPhone and I only get to 16? Someone fix this.

I’ve used this many times in the past but lately no audio is being recorded with video. I’ve checked everything twice but still no audio.

Videos won’t save
The videos won’t save and it really annoys me. I’ve been trying to catch something happening that my regular camera won’t catch. Whats the deal with the errors??
Dynamic Island, sharpness
I love how Binoculars has options to sharpen video more than other camera apps, though causes “bokah” if there is an object much closer to the iPhone than the main subject, prefer everything be sharp. Knocked off a star because the top menu is partially blocked by the Dynamic Island.

for long time ago i used to record the video, now 17/9/2023 i had updated and reloaded this app, i can take photo is normally but i can't record videos and memories not full it for enough to take but can't anyway. when i record to finish than press red to save than message appear is "Video Export Failed

Not worth it.
I compared this app to what I see with the camera app. This app is no different. Not worth it. Deleted and requested a refund.
Less than 1 star
I bought it hoping to get decent quality video and pictures at a concert at the Hollywood Bowl (since I couldn’t have my camera & could only use my phone ) but all the pictures were blurry no matter what I tried. And the videos I tried recording never saved to my iPhone. Waste of $5 dollars. Wasn't user error either; I’m a photographer.

Fails to export videos
I got this app to film videos from far distances, but every time I end the video a message pops up and says, “ Composition Error. Unable to export recording due to incorrect video/ audio.” Then says, Video Export Failed Video recording interrupted. Error: (642161). I have an iPhone 14 plus and have checked my settings and don’t know how to fix this. Along with that the app advertised 32x zoom and only appears to go “based on my he label in the app” to 16x zoom. What is that about. If problems don’t resolve I will have to delete and would have wasted my money :/.

False advertising
This app DOES NOT do what it claims.
Photos and videos are incredibly grainy and low-quality. To make matters worse, all your photos and videos get a watermark and there is now way to remove it.
I tried getting a refund from Apple (due to the app’s false advertising and bad quality) but they denied it.
So Apple doesn’t truly care about apps scamming its consumers.

If there were zero stars, this app would deserve it.
I contacted the company and questioned their false advertising:
1. It does NOT go to 32x as advertised , only 16x on my iPhone 13;
2. Even at 16x, the photos are hopelessly grainy, not “clear” as advertised.
As I stated, I contacted the company. No response. A waste of money. DO NOT PURCHASE!
