Great App
Love this app and its notifications.
I would if you could add a messaging system in in case we have questions.

Helpful Binston App
This app is really easy to navigate, contains lots of helpful information and links. I frequently refer to it for information and love the bin reminder function.
Super handy
I no longer wonder “which bin goes out tonight?” or wait to see what my neighbours are doing. It’s simple!
Never put the wrong bin out again!
Binston is fantastic. I use it to plan ahead when I have rubbish building up and always know which bin week it is. The reminder function and the access to Council waste services are great too 👍👍👍
This is a great app!
A great app! Wish other councils had the same too.
So handy
It’s a simple and useful app with customisable reminder option. It works well for me as I loose track of the cycle due to the random timing and nature of my job. Thankyou for the app😊
So useful
Having a reminder set at the time I get home from work makes it so easy, and this app means I never have to run out first thing in the morning when I hear the truck down the street
Fee Jobson
Great app , great to look up when it slips your mind “ which colour bins go out this week “ I use this app weekly as my memory not so good , Thankyou for making it easier for me

Feedback
Would be good to have a gps map - to see where the truck is at. To let me know if I have time to cut the grass etc. Trucks to our street never come at the same time! Can be 8am or 4pm. I would love to see where the truck is!
Rubbish collection app
The app is excellent. Easy to read and understand. The Council is to be complimented for implementing such an initiative. Well done!
Good to have reference point
When I wonder which bin for what I now just look in the app. It’s great 🙏🏼
Tips transfer locations missing. Add more info on other stuff. Tip rats
Should add even tipping fees for local places for dumping a load. Locations of transfer tips. Give us all 2 Tip vouchers a year to local transfers. besides 2 curb side pick ups. Apps basic and hope you didn’t waste millions getting it made.
Very helpful
Now that I have the app it seems crazy to me that this is not a thing every council has. It’s simple, effective and helpful. Thanks Kingston!
Easy to use
Located my address easy and helpful

A handy little app
I used to determine my bin colours by popping out my front door and checking what bins my neighbours put out
Every council should have this!
A simple yet helpful tool to quickly find out what bins go out and when. Also love the links to resources on recycling services available.
Poor app!!
I am unable to pin my location through allowing it to locate me or type in my address.
Disappointing to think our rates went to this !!
