Build one canonical subject dossier, trace publishable claims to source records, and shape distinct bios for each audience without sending sensitive material to a server. Start with evidence, not a fill-in template. Record employer pages, registries, publications, programs, credentials, interviews, or private document notes with provenance, visibility, dates, locators, and relevant excerpts. Turn those records into structured claims with a canonical value, editorial status, and explicit source links. Create separate variants for organization websites, conferences, media contacts, professional profiles, spoken introductions, grants, and bylines. Each draft has its own point of view, word target, selected claim map, and editor note.
