Like the way it organizes your writing
It is intuitive for me and easy to use. But missing the ability to do speech to text. Yet asks for permission to voice recognition? Upgraded so I could get exports and still haven’t signed up for their cloud. I’m debating still if I want my information on servers other than the cloud services I already use.

Not Good!
I have bought this twice. Liked the app and spent literally hundreds of hours. Lost everything once but after hours of work, repurchased and restored word for word from a printed 83 page hard copy. Today, the app just went away! No longer on my IPad. Everything gone! Thanks for nothing. Keep the money, get my documents back! Trying again! Are there limits each month on number of chapters I the free version. I really loved this app at one time and recommended it. Now it’s not good. No instructions or function tips on use! Help me get you back! No response from your web site!

Seems very strange, since apps can't delete themselves. Hopefully your iPad was backed up to iTunes or the Cloud and your work is saved. The new version has a cloud backup feature to protect your work which we take very seriously.
Won't Let Me Log In
Every time I try to create a biographer identity, it won't let me log in or sign up. I tried to log in with Facebook, but it won't let me log in. It's like my facebook account is not shown on my cloud settings and I don't know what to do. But I like the app. It's totally amazing. I like making books, especially if I can share books with my friends. Thank you for supporting it, though.

Won’t let me add an image, or look at the “Export” upgrade.

I just downloaded the app, and was entering basic info: name and email. I pressed the shopping cart icon, and the upgrade page appeared briefly...just before booting me out of the app. I tried this 3 more times. Same thing. Later on a pop-up appeared asking me to upgrade, but again, the same thing happened; the page appeared briefly, then booted me out.
I moved on to choosing the title of my book, then a cover image. I selected an image from my gallery. It appeared before immediately going away, although not booting me out of the app. I tried a couple more times. Same thing. There was no reason given, the image simply went away.
Also, this app will not let me create a biographer identity. I’ve signed up THREE times, and as of this writing, I STILL have not received an email confirming my identity.
The upgrade is one I’m willing to pay for, but only if this type of issue is resolved. With problems such as this, I’ll forfeit this app, and move on to something reliable. I would NOT want to run into a serious risk, such as my info not uploading to the cloud, or worse, losing my info altogether.

Account trouble
Won't let me make an account and log in with Facebook doesn't send verification emails either. Just throws me out of the app. It's a shame as it's good.

Thanks for the report on that newly added functionality. We'll get right on it and make sure it's fixed for the next update soon. You can try the other path of registration in the mean time if you want.

Perfect app for keeping track of everything going on. Wasn't sure about the in-app purchases, but totally worth it! Highly recommend.

Some great features with some serious fails
Lovely UI, lots of wonderful options for structuring your work, but saving/deleting/pasting appears to be "hit and miss" - sometimes it works, but sometimes it appears to work but if you switch to a different chapter or event and return to what you edited earlier, it's reverts back to pre-edit state - very frustrating. I really hope this gets an update soon (been nearly two years since the last one) so that I can purchase all the options and recommend this app much more highly.
