App crashes when I try to reset my password
Can't Login
When I login through the web, I can see and download my results (keeping in mind that it crashes many times).
On the app, I just get the message that my username or password is incorrect even though it works on the web.
Both app and web portal need major updates.

I liked the app as I was able to review and keep track of historical results. After the last update, I am not seeing any of my tests results!?!?
App full of bugs
I downloaded the app, but was not being able to use it since it does not have create user function!!!
The app got froze / crush several times, not sure if it’s compatible with latest IOS.
