Doesn’t work on iPhone or iPad. Black screen then unloads

Unusable

I installed this app to my iPhone and the app won’t open after download. A black screen pops up momentarily as if the app is trying to open, but then closes on its own. Restarted my phone, re-downloaded several times and I still encounter the same issue every time. Cannot use this app as intended.
I’m using an iPhone X with iOS 15.

The app doesn’t let me set up a log in.
If I can’t set up an account because it doesn’t let me set the language, how is this app useful? I’ve tried for a half hour to get an account set up and I’m finding this app quite worthless.
