Great App
Super easy to use. Simple UI and it’s nice to have easy access to my health trends. Looking forward to see how this app grows.
Great app!
Wow! Such a great way to view my health data all in one from all of my biomarker tracking devices!

This app analyzes your personal health measurements to identify changes and trends over time. It provides weekly and monthly reports, highlighting patterns and significant days based solely on your historical data. Your data remains private on your device.
1.0.2
September 9, 2026
Today opens up. Tap any card on Today to see your own recent readings for that measurement, charted against the days they fall on. Recovery now shows a trend — Improving, Steady or Declining — alongside the readings behind it, and stays quiet when your readings don't support one. Body and Workout look back further, so measurements you record only now and then still have somewhere to appear. Sources that reach the app through Apple Health, like Garmin and Google, are now labelled "via Apple Health" rather than "coming soon". That data was always being read; the old label suggested otherwise. The rating prompt now waits until you've had a chance to use the app.
MoreFull access to BiomarkersIQ
BiomarkersIQ analyzes your personal health measurements to identify changes and trends. It provides weekly and monthly reports based on your historical data, helping you understand your body's patterns.
All your readings and computed values are stored exclusively on your phone. Sending findings to an AI model for wording is optional, off by default, and shows you exactly what would be sent before you decide.
You receive a weekly report when each week closes and a longer monthly report that analyzes the entire month. These reports highlight what moved, what stayed consistent, and which days stood out.
No, BiomarkersIQ does not diagnose or treat. It describes what your measurements did over finished periods and leaves the interpretation to you and your doctor.
BiomarkersIQ requires a subscription, available monthly or annually. A free trial may be offered depending on your Apple Account's eligibility.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings or by navigating to 'Manage subscription' within the app.
BiomarkersIQ is currently supported on iPhone devices.
