Great study tool
This app is a great study tool and I use it to reinforce my learning and test my knowledge and self-confidence in how well I think I know and understand the material. It would be great if you could see her overall performance afterwards and even better if there were an explanation telling you why the wrong answer is incorrect and an explanation further elaborating details about the right answer.

Pretty good
Great help! Just wish the questions would show you the right answer when you're done so you can screenshot them for later. Second, a feature that only quizzes the ones you get wrong or stops asking questions you've gotten right several times would be a great upgrade!
Because they made me
I am only writing this review because it would not let me progress without doing so. But this app is definitely amazing. It not only refreshes my mind on past classes but keeps me on my toes for current classes. I recommend this for all biology majors!

It’s awesome as a dummy test to practice your skills. I feel more comfortable with exams when I use this app. I would like however if they added more categories and kept updates with more questions and keeping track of progress.
Typos?
I found some incorrect answers so I'm reluctant to recommend to my students, but overall this is a great way for them to review I think! I think that the app would benefit from some proofreading. I hope that people will catch some of the mistakes so that students using this are not confused. It is a great idea, though, and a great set up! The topics coincide very well with our units of study.

Good app
I like the app but there are some incorrect answers. In reviewing previous reviews, the incorrect answers mentioned have still not been corrected. I would certainly think if an app asked for feedback that the feedback would be addressed. The other issue I have with this app is that it freezes on the "would you mind giving BioPrep a review" and even though I have done the review I still can not continue with the remainder of the questions. This is very frustrating!!!!
WHY DOES THIS APP REQUIRE A REVIEW AFTER 30 questions every time I use it and it WILL NOT let me continue. I have to close the app and start over. If you value the reviews so much why does the same issue continue over and over again????!!!

Great app. I wish upgrading were possible
Nice functionality and aesthetic. Most the questions seemed great.
I recommend making many sets of many questions for each category.
Have a separate set of all questions that are missed across categories.
Remove correctly answered questions from sets until all questions are answered correctly.
Users would need to be able to recognize particular sets, so maybe each set gets a color, shape, or number. A completion percentage would be enough

Makes me look cool
When all my friends are on their phones texting other people instead of just staring at a wall looking lame I can just go on my phone and learn science so that makes me looks pretty cool. Also exams are coming up and dragging along a textbook everywhere I go definitely does not make me look cool. At all. Don't carry around textbooks guys.

I like this app but a few wrong answers
I like this app, it helps me review in a way that feels like a game. There are a few wrong answers though. It the biochemistry section a question asks "If two identical atoms are equally sharing an electron, what is it called?" Should be covalent or non-polar, but the "correct" answer is polar. In the human physiology section it asks "Which of the following is not a type of muscle?" The choices are smooth, rough, blank and I. Cardiac and striated should be added instead of blank and I.

Good Review of Bio!
I am taking Bio 111 right now and these flash cards are a convenient way to review the general material. I like that it is divided into subjects and that it will give you the chance to try if you guess wrong. The only thing I wish it had were an explanation of the right answer after the correct answer is confirmed. I like the interface and the options. Helpful program!

It's awesome
Helps with quiz and test prep. I'm glad that I found it. Some of the terms are different than my biology book though. It's kind of annoying that it makes you rate it until it will work again but it won't accept the review.
Great for my purposes!
I'm a college freshman taking biology and this app definitely helps! Each category has a multiple choice quiz and you have to guess until you get the answer right. I would say 1/4 of it is slightly more in depth than what I need presently but there's nothing wrong with learning something extra as I am pursuing a career in biology.

Excellent
Love it. Questions are on point except a couple of silly ones but they help me relax a bit so I'm glad they are in the stack of questions. One thing I wish can be fixed is the fact that once you back out of a category the questions are restarted. I wish you could save your progress.
Good but not perfect
A phenomenal app, most beneficial to students taking or planning on take AP Biology. A variety of topics to chose from and really helps you put your skills to the test. The only things that stop me from rating this app a 5 out of 5 is an absence of more efficient interface which would allow to know your score which brings me to the second flaw in the app. You can never see your score because after reaching approximately the 36th question. The app prompts you a message telling you to rate the app, however even after rating the app, the app still won't allow you to go any further. Otherwise it's a pretty good app!!

Great app
Great app if you are either an AP bio student or a college student taking the first bio class needed as a science major. The questions aren't as complex as what you may see from a test however it's perfect to help you reinforce information in your head while you study. Plus it's a more active way to study bio other then reading a book or watching a video.

Best app for telling u what u do or don't know
The questions on the app are nothing like the ones you will see on a actual AP bio exam but very helpful in telling you what you need to go over. The AP bio exam involve critical thinking while the questions this app gives you are simple but none the less, a great app for reviewing what you need to study.

Great app, one wrong answer
I love this app! However, I found one wrong answer so far. The question was "if 2 identical atoms are equally sharing an electron, what is it called?" There were 2 correct answers listed: "covalent" and "nonpolar". However, it said that the correct answer was "polar". Overall, this is a great app but if you are unsure about an answer I would look it up because it may be wrong.

I can't believe it's free
I have to study for my ib biology exam and have been looking for apps I can use to study during traffic hours, in between classes, etc. This has really good questions and covers all topics well. It's a great accompaniment for those who use their own notes to study but would also like to do some practice questions.

Exceptional
It has a lot of different categories (fifteen to be exact) and they are really good review for me. My test AP test is tomorrow and I would like to thank the people who made this app for making it free. Although I have recently come to find out that even though the app offers 50 questions per category, the app stops completely and asks if you would like to rate it when you get about halfway through the category. Even after you have rated it, the little message won't go away. This is not exceptional

Wow!
Just went through the genetics section, and there were no troubles at all. The app ran smoothly and it looks very sleek and clean. The questions covered mostly everything, and my only complaint is that some questions could be harder. But overall, wow!
