Bioroc

The Bioroc App now enables the computation of the hydraulic dimensioning as well concrete thrust blocks for pressure networks made of Bi-oroc PVC-O pipes. The hydraulic dimensioning module replaces the traditional charts and computes the required plastic pipe diameters for the transport of water under pressure. The application computes the ideal diameter for the chosen type of pipe (Bi-oroc, PVC-U, PE100) as a function of the flow rate, the length of the network and the maximal speed or head loss tolerated. The hydraulic module enables as well the immediate comparison of the performance (speed, head loss, hammering intensity) associated with each material. It shows concretely the exceptional hydraulic performance of Bi-oroc pipes ! The thrust dimensioning module enables the computation of the amount of concrete needed at each angle of the network and prevent any disconnection between pipe and fitting. The computation is based on the hydraulic performance of the pipes, the type of fitting and the installation conditions. On top of that, this computation/comparison tool displays the compatibility table between DI fittings and Bi-oroc pipes and enables direct contact through your smartphone via phone or email.
