Amazing features!

Biosay is a wonderful tool for managing your physiological and mental well-being. The ability to see your readings on a map allows for very powerful insights about where your most positive spaces are and which locations might be best to avoid.

Incredible that this app is fully featured and free- I’m trying to get more of my friends to use it to help give me an idea of when they might need a little support.

Biosay has become part of my daily wellness routine

Using the Biosay app has helped me become aware of changes in my mood, anxiety and stress levels brought on by influencers in my environment, from my habits and in my way of thinking. Building the habit of pausing to take a Bioji reading has given me the opportunity to regularly introspect which has led to greater awareness of my triggers. I also use the journal feature to regularly document gratitude moments.

NOT private!

I read all the stuff available about this and thought it could be interesting. However, you are forced to create an account AND can’t complete your “bioji” unless you choose a location and then post the thing. The puff says you can choose your level of privacy...but to me, anything that insists on my photo, my location and posting is NOT private. Deleted the app since it is unusable. Two stars because the graphics are pretty (but the interface design needs work).

Response from developer

Hi Words Lite, Thanks for taking the time to provide your helpful feedback! We are sorry to hear you feel the app is 'unusable.' Here are some helpful tips to address your concerns: 1. Attaching a profile picture is optional:) If you do not wish to take a profile picture, you absolutely do not have to:) Attaching a profile picture is optional. If you 'skip' uploading a picture from your camera or taking a new picture from the app - the app will use your first and last initial. 2. Location data is optional:) Apple requires all apps ask permission to utilize your location. Therefore, before your location is shared with the app - you would need to approve this:) If you do not wish to share your location data you can turn this off in the app settings. We include location data as an option because many people want to record their physical and emotional stress or relaxation levels and review this data at a later time by location. To make location data control more accessible and convenient for our community we will include an option to remove location data before generating your bioji! Thanks again for this feedback and we look forward to sharing in our next update! 3. Posting your Bioji automatically defaults to 'private':) Our communities privacy should be controlled by the individuals in the Biosay community! SO - we automatically default the bioji post sharing setting to private unless the individual selects to share with the public community or connections. When a bioji post setting is shared privately, only the individual who created the bioji is able to view this data. Thank again Words Lite and best of luck! The Biosay Team

Thank you Biosay☺️

I have been feeling increasingly anxious due to COVID-19 when I leave my home. A friend told me about this app which she uses to track her stress. I love that its free and doesn’t make you pay for services or connect a wearable. I don’t have insurance and I can’t afford to see a therapist. This app is really helping me learn and log my thoughts and places that trigger anxiety and stress from COVID-19 and in general. I don’t participate in the community or social network features – I keep everything private and love that I can use it just for me! I believe so many people could benefit from this app!!!
