Not intuitive, cannot be personalized
In this app, parents cannot add their child’s photo or jersey number. There is no way to quickly check game schedule AND location at the same time on the same screen, everything requires multiple clicks and “next steps” to get bits and pieces of information you typically need in a rush. The chat function is terrible and the app crashes all the time.
