The BiovitalsHF-B11 is an investigational mobile health software application intended for capturing patient-centered outcome measures in heart failure patients. The app is intended for Research Use Only, and not intended to be use for diagnostic or clinical purposes. The software enables continuous acquisition and monitoring of multiple physiologic data using readily available biosensors - Everion® and Apple Watch Series 5. The app also features ability to capture PROs using validated scales and guided mobile-based 6 Minute Walk Test. The app integrates HealthKit, including Health app, for the 6 minute walk test.
