Doesn’t work and feels like cheap vibe coded software
I used it for half an hour to look at properties in London. 80% or more of the properties were unavailable and at least half of them had incorrect prices, or even “2£ pcm”.

Приложение ужасное, вариантов объявлений очень мало по сравнению с олх, отодом и др подписка оформляется на бесплатные 3 дня а потом вы не можете ее отменить потому что письмо на почту просто не приходит а в подписках в настройках это приложение не видно.
Fix your app for warsaw
App simply not working. I got targeted on instagram and web onboarding was good and captured my attention. I added my email address and subscribed on free trial. Then I downloaded app and it nothing like web version. I received the same onboarding, but worse version. I was not able to login with my email, only with apple for some reason. And after that app show me 0 results, absolutely atrocious. I know ukrainian app, it’s still working by the way

Frustrating to use
Good idea but doesn’t work very well imo… it’s nice to see options from different websites but the app is clunky to use and the AI chatbot tasked a long time asking arbitrary questions but never show any results (at least for me). The idea of an app using AI to find the best flats is nice but the way this is currently working, I find it easier and less frustrating to just check the different websites myself.

unable to cancel sunscription
This app is good but it won’t allow you to cancel your subscription when i sign up for free trial..it very hard way to cancel your subscription ..I fell like scammed..very easy to register but very hard to cancel..avoid…

AI free trial push
Recent push of AI free trials is very inconvenient as you can’t seem to exit the page. Accessing the app is now only possible by agreeing to a free trial (that will charge £30) if not cancelled.
Terrible monetisation - pay wall locked
This app looked really promising at first but it turns out all functionality is locked behind a pay wall. If you let customers at least try it out for free you'd at least get a 3-4 stars but you chose to be greedy with your payment model unfortunately.

£30 a month for an app that aggregates flats for rent is mental.
Good but frustrated
The app is great and super helpful in compiling all rental websites to one place. I tried the free trial to see if it was for me. During the free trial we signed for a flat and so I cancelled my “subscription” but was charged £30 a week later?! I tried to contact birb but I have had nothing back. This has left me frustrated as I really enjoyed using it when I did but now this has changed my mind. Hopefully someone will see this and maybe provide an updated email or number I can contact them on.

There is only flats from two webs which are used of scammers a lot, no openrent no zoopla ,so to find something real you should be a lucky one
