Bird Barre online is an amazing workout app that fits everyone’s schedules and lifestyles! Having been a member in studio prior to kids, I knew the classes were amazing. Now I can take classes whenever I want, from home, and can choose the length of the workout that fits my schedule. It is a beautiful app that is well organized and can work for anyone, no matter where you are in your fitness journey!
