100% pay to play but not marketed as such
Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that Bird Call Identifier is not entirely pay-to-play. Each user gets six free identifications daily for both bird sounds and photos, allowing you to try the main features before choosing the premium version. Our goal is to be transparent and give everyone a fair chance to experience the app before subscribing. If you’re having trouble accessing your free identifications or need more help, please reach out to us at contact@benabid.me. We're happy to assist.

New but fun
Response from developer
Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you've found BirdID easy to use and that it's helping you identify birds by their songs. You're right that many birds can be heard more often than they're seen, which makes sound identification especially useful. We also appreciate your feedback on the pricing. We offer a weekly option so users can enjoy the app during trips, vacations, or birdwatching seasons without committing to a long-term subscription. Thanks again for giving Bird Call Identifier a try, and happy birding!
