Inaccurate identifications

Tried the identify by photo feature on a seagull and it told me it was a seagull. More specifically, it was likely a black-headed gull. Unfortunately, it was actually a silver gull and almost anyone could tell that these are two different species. A silver gull does not have a completely black head nor a black dot on its head. A silver gull just looks like your stereotypical seagull. Black-headed gulls don’t live anywhere near my country either, which is weird since with premium (which was free as of writing this review) it said it would also use location to help determine the bird. This incorrect identification got added to the collection section with no way to remove it or mark/report it as wrong.
Also it said I took the photo at 13:35 pm? Shouldn’t it just be 13:35 or 1:35 pm?
Later, I tried the photo feature on a black swan. It identified it correctly, but with a typo: “Black Swam”. Also not very impressive as it is an extremely easy bird to identify.
Then, I tried it on a purple swamphen, which the app again incorrectly identified. It identified it as a South Island takahē, which looks very different and is located in another country.
I think I’m going to delete this app now. Wouldn’t recommend as it fails to identify somewhat common and easily identifiable birds in my area.

Note: I haven’t tried the identify by call feature (because birds often sit around quietly and make calls at random, unexpected moments), but seeing as the photo feature has issues, I wouldn’t expect call identification to be reliable either. Because I haven’t tried it, I have given the app two stars rather than once in case it somehow works fine.
