It’s a little bit pricey for a latte but it’s the best In Town . Must order extra hot or extra cold otherwise it’s not a latte 😁👍
cant log in under new app
cant log in under new app. it doesn’t recognize my account. when i try to reset password, it says no account for my email. i have had account under old app for years.

shady app. sneaks in $2 charge for no reason when using apple pay
i try to pay even after adding tip it charges $1 or $2 more every time i use apple pay. Shady! no way to notify bird rock about this

Broken App - order in person
The app is now officially broken. It’ll list items as “out of stock” that are not. What good is an app if it simply does not work?

The staff is always super accommodating and kind.
New App is Terrible
Since they rolled out the new app, there are so many bugs and issues, half the time the app doesn’t work or it says the store isn’t available for ordering when it is definitely open. The old app had none of these issues… Bird Rock I go to other coffee places because of these app issues, you are losing business

Love Bird Rock Coffee
Easily one of my favorite neighborhood coffee spots. Always friendly and welcoming. They know me by name and remember my favorite drink order. Highly recommend.

New app is worse and they set the default tip at $2. Seriously?

The previous application was a much better experience. The new app is extremely buggy. Also, why would I be charged multiple times just for exiting an app after I paid???
