Birdbrainz

Birdbrainz is a community for bird photography. Post the birds you photograph, find out what they are, and see what other birders are spotting. POST YOUR SIGHTINGS Share one photo or a whole set from an outing. Add a caption, the date it was taken, and the place you saw it. IDENTIFY THE SPECIES Birdbrainz suggests the species in your photo, including how many birds there are and, where it can tell, their sex and life stage. You review the suggestions and decide what goes on the post. EXPLORE Browse the latest posts from the community, or look up a species or a place to see every sighting of it. Explore sightings on a map, and search for birders, species and places. LOCATION PRIVACY YOU CONTROL Adding a location is optional. You pick a named place, such as a park, reserve or town, and the post shows that place. Your exact position isn't shown, and GPS data in your photos is never made public.
